Retraining is provided on Need to do Basis for existing staff of Call Centers if skills and knowledge requirements change. Our training programs consist of:

On an ongoing basis, organizational level, team level and individual level identification of training needs is carried out. Train-the-Trainer and off-site team building and motivational sessions are conducted on a regular schedule.
